Schlechter Start in den Tag :-(

Dieser Tag fing nicht gut an: beim Aufwachen ist mir aufgefallen, dass ich einen Fehler in meinen neuen Prototypen eingebaut hatte :-((( => dh ribbeln :-(((( 

Da ich für den zuletzt gestrickten Teil ein Mohair-Garn verwendet hatte ging das aber nicht und jetzt kann ich den gestrickten Anfang in den Müll schmeissen *heul*

Ich habe schon wieder angeschlagen und darf noch mal von vorne stricken - nicht zur Strafe, nur zur Übung....

This day didnt have a good start: while waking up i realizes that i made a bad mistake knitting the prototype for a new pattern :-((((( => which meant that i had to undo everything :-((((

Since i used a mohair-yarn for the last past that didnt work out and now i have to throw away everything i knitted up to now *cry*

Well, i casted on again and i am happy to do everything all over again......

Aufarbeitung der Vergangenheit - Part 1

Tja, was war denn so los in den letzten 2 Jahren?

Nachdem ich also nach langer Strickabstinenz über internet und ravelry darauf gekommen bin, dass es tolle englischsprachige Strickliteratur gibt und handgefärbte Garne (!) bin ich voll und ganz meiner Leidenschaft für Lace verfallen. Viele Bücher sind eingezogen und ich habe gestrickt und gestrickt  - aber wer sollte das alles tragen?? Also habe ich einen kleinen Dawanda-Shop eingerichtet um die Tücher zu verkaufen.

Leider tat sich hier ein Problem auf : das des Copyright auf die Anleitungen. Nicht jeder Designer war dazu bereit mir diese Genehmigung zum Verkauf eines Tuchs nach seinem Entwurf zu geben. Eine Lösung musste her -> nämlich in Part 2 ;-)

Well, what happened during the last 2 years?

After a long periode without knitting i discovered over the internet and ravelry a lot of great english knitting books and hand-dyed yard(!). So i totally fell in love with lace knitting. A lot of books were bought and i couldnt stop knitting - but who should wear all these scarfs and shawls??? I decided to open a little DaWanda-Shop (german equivalent for etsy) to sell some of the lace-stuff.

Unfortunately a problem with the copyright came up: not every designer wanted to grant me the permission to sell knitted things made after his/her designs. I had to find a solution -> in Part 2 ;-)

WOW - ich muss hier ja mal dringend den Staub wegpusten!

Der erste 'blog'-Versuch lief ja nicht soooo ;-) aber es hat sich auch viel getan in den vergangenen 2 Jahren!  Was alles? Das werde ich in den nächsten Tagen berichten und dann auch immer wieder erzählen, was sich so tut. 

Und weil alles neu ist wird es den blog auch in 2 Sprachen geben!

The first 'blog-try' was not thaaat successful ;-) but there also happened a lot during the last 2 years! You ask "What??" - well, i will tell you during the next few days and then i will also tell you what's going on in the future.

And since everything is 'new' this blog will be bi-lingual!
